This 1-hour Synergy Movement class shows you 10-12 simple, easy movements that refine the way you sit, stand and walk. They also enhance your balance and relieve stiffness/stress in the body. NOTE: this is a movement class, not an exercise class so it is ideal for people of all ages and abilities. It addresses skeletal misalignments and muscle tension common to those who spend too many hours bent over a desk or computer, or those with old injuries that adversely affect posture
Participants are verbally guided through mind exercises and body movements – from seated positions as well as standing and walking. No on-the-floor exercises or strenuous activity – yet movements are designed to build strength, de-stress the body and enhance the body.
While the inspiration and principles behind these movements stem from pioneers such as Moshe Feldenkrais (The Feldenkrais Method) and Dr. Eric Cobb (Z Health Performance Solution), the approach and delivery are unique to these instructors.

Sergei Slussky, a Dance instructor, Meditation guide and former Zumba teacher with 30 years of experience. He especially loves teaching elders and has successfully taught students of all ages. His approach is encouraging as well as educational. Professional certifications include: member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD), the Dance Vision International Dance Assn (DVIDA), Zumba certified, Reiki II certified.
